The Alden Beach Resort is nestled on five lush acres overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. Conveniently located to the Tampa Airport, just minutes from central Florida attractions, and in the middle of a sun-drenched, fun-filled community called St. Pete Beach. If you're feeling energetic, play a set of tennis on one of two lighted courts, join the kids on the playground, or challenge them to a game of shuffleboard, ping-pong, basketball or video games in the game room. If your favorite sport is relaxing, try a dip in the one of the two heated pools, or rest your weary bones in one of two whirlpool spas. Try baking in the sun, floating in the warm tranquil Gulf, or strolling on the sugary white beach. Top it off with a fun family barbecue on the elevated cookout deck featuring two barbecue grills. For convenience, the property offers an on-site laundry and mini-mart. As you catch a glimpse of the Alden, you'll see splashing fountains and a waterfall, and you'll know you are in the right place!
**This property has a three night minimum stay requirement between 5/9/03-5/11/03, 5/23/03-5/25/03 and 8/29/03-8/31/03. There is a five night minimum stay requirement between 7/1/03-7/7/03. There is a seven night minimum stay requirement between 12/18/02-1/1/03 and 4/13/03-4/27/03.
Each of the 140 suites is decorated with a Florida flair, with your comfort in mind. The Nassau Suites allow you to enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, while the Lanai Suites offer the convenience of a kitchenette. Each suite offers a complimentary daily newspaper, spectacular views from your patio or balcony, as well the many comforts of home such as air conditioning, alarm clock radio, ceiling fans, hair dryer, in-room safe, iron/ironing board, modem/data port connection, and telephone with voicemail. Both Nassau and Lanai Suites offer a private floor plan (separate bedroom) that can accommodate up to six people with two televisions and a private balcony. The Nassau Suites overlook the gardens, while the Lanai Suites are located on the beachfront.

9715 53rd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL - From the Tampa International Airport - Head South on I-275 towards St. Petersburg. Follow I-275 South to exit 17 (old Exit 4), St. Pete Beach/Pinellas Bayway. Stay on the Bayway ($.50 toll bridge) until Gulf Boulevard (end of Pinellas Bayway), turn right, head North on Gulf Boulevard approximately one mile. The property will be on the left (West) side of the road.
